How I Got Here.
I spent almost a decade learning how to grow a business instead of actually doing the work that it takes to grow.
My first business was stagnant until I broke that pattern because it couldn’t move until I did. This was my first shift in becoming an Exceptional Entrepreneur, what I call Escape.
When the owner changes, and the business doesn’t, or the business changes and the owner doesn’t, that’s how you get stuck. This is the main reason business growth strategies succeed or fail.
